Salivex-L solution 10 ml
Composition:
Each 10 ml of solution contains:
Anthraquinone glycosides (rhubarb extract) 500 mg
Salicylic acid 100 mg
Lidocaine hydrochloride 60 mg
Properties:
Salivex-L has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. Relieves pain and protects the ulcerated area of the oral mucosa and promotes healing. Salivex-L leads to rapid removal of edema of inflamed lesions in the mouth, a decrease in secretion. It is well tolerated even by patients with hypersensitivity to iodine and is easy to apply without causing pain.
Indications:
Acute and chronic inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and pharynx:
- Aphthous stomatitis
- Aveolar pyorrhea
- Teething
- As an adjunct in the treatment of Vincent’s pharyngitis and sore throat (Vincent’s infection).
Method of administration and dosage:
Apply to lesions several times a day with a brush dampened with Salivex-L.
Avoid rinsing your mouth immediately after application.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Precautions:
After use, the bottle should be carefully closed.
When local anesthetics are used in the mouth or throat, the patient should be aware that the use of local anesthesia can impair swallowing, for this reason, food should not be eaten within 60 minutes after application, especially important for children.
Side effects:
Very rarely, hypersensitivity reactions to the components of the drug occur.
Storage method:
At a temperature not higher than 30 degrees.
