Composition:
Polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, sodium chloride, boric acid, hydroxypropyl guar, potassium chloride, 2-amino-2-methylpropanol, sorbitol, Polyquad 0.001%.
Description:
Systane Ultra is an ophthalmic solution for topical use that moisturizes the cornea and relieves eye dryness, burning, and discomfort. It is used in dry eye syndrome caused by air conditioning, smoke, dust, UV exposure, prolonged computer work, cosmetics, and wearing contact lenses. Effectively reduces irritation, itching, and gritty sensation. The components are not systemically absorbed and are eliminated with tears.
Indications:
Dry eye symptoms caused by external factors such as dry or polluted air, smoke, cosmetics, contact lens use, computer work, UV exposure.
Dosage:
Instill 1–2 drops in each eye as needed. After instillation, blink 3–4 times to distribute the solution evenly. Use only with clean hands and avoid touching the dropper tip to eyes or skin. May be applied before and after wearing contact lenses. Shake the bottle before use.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the product or its components. Not recommended for children.
Precautions:
If used with other ophthalmic preparations, maintain intervals between instillations and follow physician recommendations.
Adverse effects:
Rarely — eye irritation, redness, excessive tearing. Consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur.
Storage conditions:
Store below 30 °C in a dry place.
