Properties and Benefits:
Promotes rapid healing and pain relief in first-degree burns. Helps avoid skin grafting in second-degree burns. Liquefies necrotic tissue in third-degree burns, preparing for grafting. Provides nutrition and regeneration support for wound bed cells. Maintains moisture while allowing drainage and gas exchange. Isolates and protects exposed nerve endings for pain relief. Prevents bacterial and fungal colonization. Absorbs residual heat from burn wounds. Enhances epithelization with excellent cosmetic results.
Indications for Use:
First-, second-, and third-degree burns.
Donor sites. Chronic wounds (bed ulcers, diabetic foot, leg ulcers). Post-procedures (laser resurfacing, chemical peeling, dermabrasion). Surgical and obstetrical wounds. Circumcision wounds. Mucosal wounds (e.g., buccal ulcers). Cracked nipples and cracked heels.
Directions for Use:
First-degree burns: apply a thin layer (1 mm) immediately; reapply 3–4 times daily if exposed, or twice daily if covered. Second-degree burns: liquefying phase — apply a thin layer, reapply 3–4 times/day. Clean off old ointment before reapplying. Repair phase — apply 2–3 times/day. Rehabilitation phase — apply once daily. Third-degree burns: apply a thin layer, renew 3–4 times daily to liquefy necrotic tissue. Donor sites: apply a thin layer, renew 3–4 times daily if exposed or twice daily if covered. Leg ulcers: fill the cavity with sterile gauze soaked in ointment, renew twice daily. Surgical/obstetrical wounds: apply a thick layer (~3 mm) under sterile dressing, renew twice daily. Cracked nipples: apply a thin layer under a light pad, renew 3–4 times daily. Safe during nursing. General: spread the required amount, cover with sterile gauze if needed. Clean with sterile water before reapplication if necessary. Frequency may be adjusted based on severity and site.
Precautions:
For external use only. Do not apply in the eyes or mouth. Discontinue use if condition worsens or does not improve after 7 days. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Storage Conditions:
Store at room temperature. Physical changes may occur during hot seasons but do not affect efficacy. Keep out of reach of children.
