Composition:

Each capsule contains:
Thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1) — 60 mg.
Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5) — 60 mg.
Cystine — 20 mg.
Para‑aminobenzoic acid — 20 mg.
Keratin — 20 mg.
Medical yeast — 100 mg.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, talc, magnesium stearate, povidone, colloidal silicon dioxide.
Capsule shell: gelatin, purified water, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, indigocarmine.

Product Description:

Pantogar is a multivitamin preparation containing a complex of vitamins, amino acids, and keratin essential for healthy hair and nails.
It helps stop hair loss, increases hair density and shine, strengthens nail plates, and reduces brittleness.
Its mechanism of action is based on nourishing cells from within, improving hair roots and restoring nail structure.

Indications for Use:

Diffuse hair loss of non‑hormonal origin.
Degenerative changes in hair structure (after chemical or UV exposure).
Nail structure disorders.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

• Adults: 1 capsule three times daily with meals.
• Swallow whole with a small amount of liquid. 
• Treatment course: 3–6 months. 
• Repetition or extension possible as advised by a physician.

Contraindications:

• Pregnancy (first and second trimester).
• Lactation period.
• Pediatric use.
• Individual intolerance to components.

Precautions:

• Do not use as monotherapy for nail infections or androgenic alopecia.
• Regular intake is required, as hair growth is a long process.
• Consult a physician if hair or nail condition worsens.
• Specialist consultation required when taken with sulfonamides.
