Composition:
Each capsule contains:
Lansoprazole 30 mg.
Auxiliary components:
Sugar pellets, sugar syrup, mannitol, calcium carmellose, magnesium carbonate, disubstituted sodium phosphate, sodium lauryl sulfate, povidone (K30), polysorbate 80, hypromellose, macrogol, titanium dioxide, sodium hydroxide, indigocarmine, gelatin.
Properties:
Antiulcer drug.
Specific inhibitor of H+-K+ ATPase.
Acting in the final phase of secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, lansoprazole reduces acid production, regardless of the nature of the stimulating factor. Possessing high lipophilicity, it easily penetrates into the parietal cells of the stomach, concentrates in them and has a cytoprotective effect, increasing oxygenation of the gastric mucosa and increasing secretion.

Duodenal ulcer in the exacerbation phase, gastric ulcer in the exacerbation phase, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
Eradication of Helicobacter pylori in the gastric mucosa in infected patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.
Method of administration and dosage:
The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor.
It is necessary to strictly observe the compliance of the used dosage form of a particular drug with the indications for use and the dosage regimen.
It is taken orally, 30 mg 1-2 times/day.
The duration of use depends on the indications and treatment regimen.
Contraindications:
Pregnancy, lactation (breastfeeding), hypersensitivity to lansoprazole.
Precautions: 
Use with caution in patients with severe liver dysfunction.
Lansoprazole should be used with caution and under strict medical supervision in patients receiving theophylline.
Antacids containing aluminum and magnesium hydroxides should be taken 2 hours after taking lansoprazole.
In patients with cirrhosis of the liver, the elimination of lansoprazole is slowed down.
The efficacy and safety of lansoprazole in children has not been studied.
Side effects:
From the digestive system: diarrhea, abdominal pain; rarely – constipation.
