Peptic Care 500/500/20 is a combination drug intended for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infections and related gastrointestinal diseases such as gastric and duodenal ulcers.

Composition (per tablet):
Clarithromycin - 500 mg
Tinidazole - 500 mg
Omeprazole - 20 mg
Pharmacological properties:
Clarithromycin: an antibiotic from the macrolide group, effective against H. pylori and other bacteria.
Tinidazole: antiprotozoal and antibacterial agent, active against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa.
Omeprazole: a proton pump inhibitor, reduces the acidity of gastric juice, creating unfavorable conditions for H. pylori and promoting the healing of the mucous membrane.
Indications for use:
Eradication of Helicobacter pylori in gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.
Treatment of gastritis and other diseases associated with H. pylori.
Directions for use:
The usual dosage is one Peptic Care tablet taken twice daily (morning and evening) for 7 days.
Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew them as they are enteric coated.
It is important to complete the full 7-day course of treatment to ensure effective eradication of H. pylori.
