Description:

Provides folic acid as methylfolate (5-MTHF) which is a stable and methylated form of folate. Methylfolate fulfils all the known uses of folic acid. If methylfolate supplementation is indicated, we recommend taking an all-round multi that includes all the B vitamins, including B12, as a foundation. This product could be taken in addition, if needed, on the advice of a health practitioner.

It is needed to form healthy cells, especially red blood cells. They are used to treat or prevent low folate levels. Low folate levels can lead to certain types of anemia.
