Composition:
Each tablet contains:
calcium carbonate 1000mg
Equivalent. calcium 400mg
Magnesium hydroxide 372 mg
Equivalent. magnesium 150mg
zinc sulfate 22mg
Equivalent. zinc 5mg
Cholecalciferol (500,000 IU / g) 0.2mg
Equivalent. vitamin D3 100 ICJ
Properties:
Osteoker’s formula contains calcium, which is a vital mineral for maintaining healthy bones and teeth, as well as muscle and nerve health. It is necessary for vascular diseases, regulates the contraction and expansion of blood vessels, the transmission of nerve impulses, intracellular and hormonal secretion. It also plays an important role in tissue repair.
Magnesium plays a vital role in the synthesis of parathyroid hormone, bone development, and is very important for the transmission of nerve signals to muscles.
Zinc enhances bone mineralization, wound healing, insulin secretion, immune function, cell growth and cell division.
Vitamin D3 is essential for the regulation of calcium and phosphate homeostasis and stimulates bone mineralization.
Indications:
Food supplement of calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3.
Method of administration and dosage:
Take one tablet twice daily with meals with a full glass of water or other liquid.
Precautions:
Should not be administered concurrently laxatives, as they can reduce calcium absorption.
Calcium supplements should not be taken In combination with antacids.
Calcium supplementation can affect the absorption and effectiveness of certain medicines such as tetracyclines and quinolones.
Avoid overdose and prolonged use.
Occasionally, constipation can occur with a high intake of calcium carbonate.
Ingestion of magnesium salts may cause gastrointestinal irritation and watery diarrhea.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated in kidney stones, hypercalcemia and hypercalciuria

Osteocare is safe during pregnancy and lactation.
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C in a dry place.
