Sodium bicarbonate 2.80 g
Citric acid 0.82 g
Tartaric acid 1.33 g
Properties:
The effervescent granules are very tasty. Shown for flatulence, heaviness in the stomach, hyperchlorhydric dyspepsia.
The pressure caused by carbon dioxide stimulates intestinal motility, while sodium tartrate has a mild laxative effect. Sodium citrate and sodium bicarbonate, which are excreted in the urine, cause a mild increase in pH in an alkaline environment. It is useful for reducing irritation of an inflamed urinary tra and for long-term maintenance of alkaline urine.
Indications:
Flatulence, heartburn and heaviness in the stomach associated with hyperchlorhydria.
To make the urine less acidic, for the treatment of inflammatory conditions of the urinary tract associated with acidic agents.
In gouty therapy, as an adjuvant.
For the prevention of crystalluria during treatment with sulfonamides.
Method of administration and dosage:
Dissolve one sachet in half a glass of water, take after meals.
Dose for children (3-12 years old):
Half of the adult dose.
