The drug has an antiseptic effect, is active against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, and has an antimycotic effect.
It is an antiseptic drug. It is used for infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx (relieves pain and soothes irritation in the throat).
Active ingredient (INN): Amylmetacresol, Dichlorobenzyl alcohol, Ascorbic acid.

ascorbic acid 100 mg;
excipients: orange flavor PHL 105288 3.12 mg, levomenthol 2 mg, propylene glycol 3 mg, sunset yellow dye 0.162 mg, crimson dye [Ponso 4R] 0.0162 mg, tartaric acid 26 mg, liquid sucrose, liquid dextrose [dextrose , oligo- and polysaccharides] (liquid glucose) to obtain a tablet weighing 2.6 g.
INDICATIONS FOR USE:
symptomatic treatment of sore throat in infectious and inflammatory diseases.
METHOD OF APPLICATION AND DOSES:
Children aged 6-18 years are recommended to dissolve 1 tab. every 4 hours. Do not take more than 5 tab. within 24 hours. Adults over 18 years of age are recommended to dissolve 1 tab. every 2-3 hours. Do not take more than 8 tab. within 24 hours. Do not exceed the indicated dose. The duration of the course of treatment is no more than 3 days. If symptoms persist after taking the drug for 3 days, stop treatment and consult a doctor.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:
nausea, abdominal pain, discomfort in the oral cavity (burning or tingling sensation, swelling); rash.
If the above or other adverse reactions not specified in the instructions appear, the patient should stop using the drug and consult a doctor.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
children’s age up to 6 years;
sucrase / isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption;
hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
The drug should be used with caution in diabetes mellitus, pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
It is recommended to take the drug in the shortest possible course and in the minimum effective dose necessary to eliminate symptoms. Patients with diabetes should take into account that each tablet contains about 2.6 g of sugar (0.22 XU). High doses of ascorbic acid increase oxalate excretion, contributing to the formation of kidney stones. In newborns whose mothers took high doses of ascorbic acid, and in adults who took high doses of ascorbic acid, “rebound” scurvy may be observed. With prolonged use of ascorbic acid in high doses, inhibition of the function of the insular apparatus of the pancreas is possible. In patients with high iron content in the body, ascorbic acid should be used in minimal doses.
STORAGE METHOD:
The drug should be stored out of the reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.
