Composition and form of release:

The drug contains Sodium chloride 0.65%, Sodium bicarbonate, Belzalconium chloride 50%, Purified water.

Drops for irrigation of the nasal cavity 15 ml, plastic bottle.

Pharmachologic effect:

Isotonic saline solution for washing and moisturizing the nasal mucosa, the pH level of which is close to the natural secretory fluid of the nasal mucosa. Suitable for newborns, children, adults, as well as pregnant and lactating women.

Indications:

• Hygiene of the nasal cavity for acute and chronic colds of the nose, paranasal sinuses and nasopharynx, also with allergic rhinitis
• Daily hygiene of the nasal cavity to preser the protective properties of the mucous membrane in conditions of increased dryness

or air pollution (including air conditioning, central heating, etc.)

A hygienic agent for the prevention of infectious diseases of the nose and nasopharynx, as well as inflammatory processes after surgery.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions to the components of the preparation are possible.

Dosing regimen:

Newborns and young children are instilled 1-2 drops into each nasal passage from a prone position, turning the child’s head to one side 24 times a day.

Adults and older children use the drug as needed, the number of uses during the day is not limited.
