Each 1 ml contains:
micronized framycetin sulfate is equivalent to 3 mg of Framycetin,
gramicidin 0.025 mg,
Dexamethasone micronized I mg,
Qinghocaine hydrochloride 10 mg
equivalent to 9.0394 mg of Qinghocaine
Indications for use:
Otitis externa
Mode of application:
Adults (including the elderly) and children:
Two to three drops are instilled into the ear three to four times a day.
Duration of treatment is not more than 7 days
Contraindications:
Otitis externa should not be treated for tympanic membrane disorders due to the ri of ototoxicity.
Hypersensitivity to framycetin sulfate, dexamethasone, gramicidin, or to any of the components.
Precautions:
Treatment with a combination of corticosteroids and antibiotics should not be continued for more than 7 days, even in the absence of any clinical improvement, since prolonged use may lead to the spread of infections.
Long-term use can put at risk of adrenal suppression in infants.
Not recommended for young children or babies.
For topical use only
The safety of use during pregnancy and lactation has not been established.

Side effects:
Hypersensitivity reactions, usually local in nature, such as redness, burning, itching, and dermatitis, may occur.
Overdose:
Long-term topical application can lead to systemic effects.
