Composition:

Each tablet contains:

Norethisterone acetate 5 mg

Auxiliary components:

Dibasic calcium phosphate, avicel, povidone, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, talc, aerosil.

Properties:

Norethisterone is gestagenic.

It inhibits proliferative activity in the hyperplastic endometrium, promotes secretory transformation, the development of the decidual stromal reaction and atrophic chan in the epithelium of the glands and stroma. Inhibits the release of gonadotropic hormones by the pituitary gland.

Well absorbed when taken orally. The time to reach Cmax is about 2 hours. Biotransformation undergoes biotransformation in the liver with the participation of enzymes of microsomal oxidation. Tl / 2 – 3-10 hours. Excreted in the urine (up to 70% of the administered dose) and intestines.

Indications:

Contraindications:
