Each capsule contains:
Phenylephrine hydrochloride 20 mg
Carbinoxamine maleate 4 mg.
Properties:
The combined drug has an antihistamine, local anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictor effect. Reduces the severity of local exudative manifestations, reduces the permeability of the capillaries of the nasal mucosa. Due to phenylephrine, it causes vasoconstriction and a decrease in swelling of the nasal mucosa. Eliminates the phenomena of rhinitis, burning in the eyes, a feeling of heaviness in the head for 10-12 hours.
Indications:
Acute rhinitis (vasomotor, allergic, infectious and inflammatory); sinusitis; hay fever.
Dosage and administration:
Adults over 12 years of age, take 1 capsule every 12 hours.
Contraindications:
Arterial hypertension; thyrotoxicosis; pheochromocytoma; angle-closure glaucoma; prostatic hypertrophy; pregnancy; lactation period; children’s age up to 12 years; hypersensitivity to the components of the combination.
Precautionary measures:
Caution should be exercised in patients with chronic heart and vascular disease, as well as cardiac arrhythmia.

Caution should be given to patients involved in potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and rapid speed of psychomotor reactions.
Side effects:
From the digestive system: dryness of the oral mucosa, loss of appetite, dyspepsia.

From the nervous system: dizziness, headache, insomnia, anxiety, lethargy.
From the side of the cardiovascular system: palpitations, cardialgia, increased blood pressure, changes in the picture of peripheral blood.
