Indications for use:
As an aid to the removal of hardened earwax (wax plug).
Dosage and route of administration of the drug:
For adults (including the elderly) and children:
It is necessary to lie on the opposite ear, drip up to 5 drops into the ear canal. Cover the ear canal with a cotton swab for a few minutes, then wipe the ear and remove any excess.
Repeat once or twice a day for at least 3-4 days, or as needed.
Contraindications:
-Do not use if you suspect an injury or damage to the eardrum, in cases of dizziness, or if there is any hearing impairment, for otitis media, or other external ear conditions (such as pain, discharge, inflammation, infection or tinnitus).
-Do not use after unsuccessful attempts to remove the wax plug with nails, cotton swa or similar objects, as this method may dam inflame or contaminate the inner lining of the ear, after which it can be painful to use the ear
drops.
-Do not use in case of chronic otitis media and other diseases of the outer and inner ear in history, except when prescribed by a doctor.
-Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Precautions:
– Avoid contact with Removax on the mucous membrane of the eyes

-After use, the lid must be closed tightly and returned to the carton

Side effects:
Due to the release of oxygen, patients may experience a faint, temporary hiss in the ear. Discontinue use if irritation or pain occurs.
Instilling ear drops can aggravate the painful symptoms of cerumen, including some hearing loss, dizziness, and tinnitus. Very rarely, an unpleasant taste in the mouth has been reported. If patients experience any of these problems, or if symptoms persist or worsen, they should stop treatment and seek medical attention.

Pharmacological properties:
Has a destructive effect on the hardened sulfur pluq, and also has an antiseptic effect.
The glycerin contained in the preparation helps in softening the sulfur plug so that it can be more easily removed from the ear canal with or without ear douching. Urea (carbamide) acts as a mild keratolytic agent, helping to reduce the keratin load in the sulfur plug, thereby facilitating the penetration of other components.
