Peinomuve is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) containing sodium diclofenac in the form of prolonged-release tablets. It is used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling in diseases of the musculoskeletal system and other inflammatory conditions.

Composition:

• Active ingredient: sodium diclofenac Diclofenac sodium - 75 mg

Pharmacological properties:

• Diclofenac inhibits the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins - substances involved in the development of inflammation, pain and fever.
• Has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.
• Extended-release tablets provide a long-lasting effect with a single dose.

Indications for use:

Method of administration and dosage:

• Adults:
Usually 1 tablet (75 mg) 1 time per day, during or after meals, without chewing, with plenty of water.
In severe cases - up to 150 mg per day (75 mg 2 times per day, only as prescribed by a doctor).

• Course of treatment:
Depends on the severity of the condition, usually from several days to several weeks. Long-term use should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor.
