Composition:
Each 1 ml contains:
Naphazoline HCL 0.5 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate 0.5 mg
Inactive ingredients:
Sodium citrate dihydrate, boric acid, benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate, I/N sodium hydroxide solution, hydrochloric acid solution, water for injection
Properties:
Nostamine drops treat eye and nose allergies, as it works to get rid of congestion of the mucous membrane in the nose and in the conjunctiva of the eye.
Naphazoline is a sympathomimetic vasoconstrictor used for the symptomatic relief of redness and itching of the eye, and nasal congestion.
Chlorpheniramine is a histamine-H1 receptor antagonist indicated for the management of symptoms associated with upper respiratory allergies.
Indications:
-Cold and flu treatment
-Treating sinus infections

Directions for use:
For nose: two drops are placed in each nostril 4 times a day or according to the instructions of the attending physician.
For eyes: one or two drops should be placed every 3 to 6 hours according to the instructions of the specialist doctor.
Side effects:
Some people may experience a burning or stinging sensation in the eyes or blurred vision. If the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
Contraindications:
-allergy to any ingredients
-pregnancy or breastfeeding,
-children below 6 years of age
Warnings and precautions:
- It is recommended to remove contact lenses before using Nostamine as it contains a preservative responsible for causing discoloration of soft contact lenses. However, you can put them back 15 minutes after using the drops.
- If you are using two eye medications, wait for at least 5 minutes before using other eye medications.
- If you have narrow-angle glaucoma, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, hyperthyroidism, an eye injury or infection, difficulty in urination, kidney, liver, or heart disease, inform your doctor before taking Nostamine.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is advised to inform your doctor before using Nostamine drops.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Use within 30 days after opening.
