Composition:

Each oral dissolvable film contains:
Paracetamol 125 mg.
Excipients: film-forming agents, stabilizers, flavoring (tutti frutti), and packaging components.

Product Description:

Nopyretron is a paracetamol-based analgesic and antipyretic presented in oral dissolvable films.
This pediatric-friendly dosage form allows easy administration without water, making it suitable for children who have difficulty swallowing tablets or syrups.

Indications for Use:

Relief of fever (post-vaccination, viral infections, flu).
Treatment of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, sore throat, musculoskeletal pain.
Supportive therapy in pediatric conditions requiring antipyretic management.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

Children 1-5 years: 125 mg (1 film) every 4-6 hours as needed.
Children 6-12 years: 250-500 mg (2-4 films) daily in divided doses.
Adults: Not typically indicated; pediatric formulation.
Maximum daily dose should not exceed 4 g paracetamol (adjusted by age and weight).
Films dissolve directly in the mouth without water.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or excipients.
Severe liver impairment or active liver disease.
Children under 1 month of age.

Precautions:

Avoid exceeding recommended dose due to risk of liver toxicity.
