Composition (per 1 spray):

• Azelastine Hydrochloride – 137 mcg
• Fluticasone Propionate – 50 mcg.

Nasopectra is a combined nasal spray with anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects.
It is used to treat seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. Contains an antihistamine and a glucocorticosteroid, providing fast and long-lasting relief of allergy symptoms.

Pharmacological properties:

Azelastine is a second-generation antihistamine that blocks H1-histamine receptors, reducing itching, sneezing, runny nose, and mucosal swelling.
Fluticasone is a synthetic glucocorticosteroid with pronounced anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and vasoconstrictive actions. It reduces inflammation in the nasal cavity, decreases mucus production, and eliminates swelling.
Combined use ensures a rapid onset of action (within 15 minutes) and a prolonged effect up to 24 hours.

Indications for use:

• Seasonal allergic rhinitis
• Perennial allergic rhinitis
• Allergic rhinitis with nasal congestion, sneezing, itching, and rhinorrhea.

Dosage and administration:

Adults and children over 12 years:
• 1 spray into each nostril twice daily (morning and evening).

Shake the bottle well before use.
For best results, use regularly throughout the allergen exposure period.
