Each capsule contains:

Erdosteine 300 mg

Auxiliary components:

Microcrystalline cellulose, povidone and colloidal silicone dioxide.

Properties:

Erdosteine is a mucolytic agent. It contains 2 blocked thiol groups, which are released during primary metabolism, which allows it to destroy the disulfide bonds of mucins and thereby improve mucociliary clearance of the airways. All active metabolites of erdosteine exhibit mucolytic and antioxidant activity, which leads to an increase in the production of secretions in the bronchi, reduces the viscosity of sputum, improves bronchial permeability by increasing the mucociliary index and antioxidant activity of the secretion due to the binding of free radicals. Suppression of al-antitrypsin oxidation caused by smoking (the main function of al-antitrypsin is to suppress the activity of elastase, caused by lung neutrophils,

Indications:
