Composition:

Each delivered dose contains:
Beclometasone dipropionate equivalent to 200 mcg beclomethasone.
Excipients: propellants, stabilizers

Product Description:

Mdicorval is an inhaled glucocorticoid designed for anti-inflammatory action in the airways.
It reduces airway inflammation, mucosal edema, and bronchial hyperreactivity, improving long-term asthma control. Intended for maintenance therapy, not for rapid relief of acute bronchospasm.

Indications for Use:

Bronchial asthma (maintenance therapy).
Chronic inflammatory airway diseases requiring inhaled corticosteroids.
Supportive therapy during tapering of systemic corticosteroids.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

Dosage is individualized by the physician.
Typical regimen: 1 inhalation once or twice daily depending on severity.
Shake well before use.
Rinse mouth after inhalation to reduce risk of oral candidiasis.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to beclometasone or excipients.
Acute asthma attacks requiring fast-acting bronchodilators.
Uncontrolled respiratory infections.

Precautions:

• Use with caution in patients with tuberculosis, fungal or viral respiratory infections.
  
• Risk of oral candidiasis. 
  
• Does not replace rescue bronchodilators. 
  
• Long-term use may require monitoring of adrenal function. 
  
• Proper inhalation technique is essential.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

Common: hoarseness, throat irritation, cough.
Uncommon: oral candidiasis.
Rare: paradoxical bronchospasm.
Very rare: systemic corticosteroid effects with prolonged high-dose use (adrenal suppression, reduced bone density).

Pregnancy and Lactation:

May be used after benefit–risk assessment by a physician.
Inhaled corticosteroids are considered safe and preferred for asthma control during pregnancy.

Storage Conditions:

Store below 25°C.
Protect from sunlight.
Pressurized container — do not puncture or expose to heat.
