Composition:

Each 20 g of cream contains:

Clotrimazole 200 mg

Properties:

Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum, topical antifungal agent. The antifungal effect of clotrimazole (an imidazole derivative) is associated with a violation of the synthesis of ergosterol, which is part of the cell membrane of fungi, which alters the permeability of the membrane and causes subsequent cell lysis.

Clotrimazole is effective against dermatophytes, yeast-like and mold fungi, as well as the causative agent of pityriasisversicolor and the causative agent of erythrasma. Clotrimazole has an antimicrobial effect against gram-positive (staphylococci, streptococci) and gram-negative bacteria (Bacteroides, Gardnerellavaginalis), as well as against Trichomonasvaginalis.

Indications:

Clotrimazole is prescribed for the treatment of fungal diseases of the mucous membranes and

skin, with mycoses of the feet and skin folds. The tool is used:

from nail fungus;

from lichen;

from psoriasis;

with seborrheic dermatitis.

Method of administration and dosage:

Apply with massage movements to damaged skin areas 2 times a day, morning and evening. On average, the course of treatment lasts 4 weeks.

Contraindications:

Any form of release of the drug is not prescribed to patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. In accordance with the instructions for use, the drug is not prescribed for pregnant and lactating women.

Side effects :

The main side effect that occurs when using the product is allergic reactions. When applied to mucous membranes and skin, the following manifestations are possible: burning sensation and itching;

swelling;

the formation of watery blisters;

redness of the treated integument;

tingling sensation;

peeling.

Storage method:

At a temperature not higher than 25 degrees. Store in a cool dry place.
