Composition:

Lactium 150 mg, suntheanine, magnesium taurate

Properties:

-Lentra, a targeted nutritional product, contains Lactium, an ingredient of natural origin made of casein, milk protein. -Lactium increases the activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter well known for its inhibitory action on anxiety and its relaxing properties. 

-Lactium does not create any addiction, even at a high dosage. It therefore acts effectively and naturally.

-L-theanine as Suntheanine is shown to promote relaxation by multiple mechanisms including antagonizing glutamate receptors, increasing the release of GABA, and decreasing norepinephrine levels in the brain.

-Magnesium Taurate is the magnesium molecule bound to the amino acid taurine. When consumed, it is broken up before being absorbed into the body, it helps support overall health, as well as supports cardiovascular health.

Indications:

-Anxiety, insomnia;

-Menopausal heart palpitations;

-Sympathetic nervous system overdrive, where dopamine and/or norepinephrine are elevated in the face of inadequate GABA or serotonin.

-Loss of appetite, snacking, loss of libido, sleep troubles, mood swings, concentration and memory problems, etc

-Hyperactivity in children

Direction for use:

-Lentra starts to work within an hour of taking it, and its effectiveness lasts up to 6 hours, but it must be noted that its effect may vary from person to person.

-The usual dose of Lentra sachets for adults and children is one sachet daily and the dose may be increased as directed by the physician.

-The contents of the sachet are added to half a glass of water, and it is taken completely, and it is preferable to take the dose before meals.

-Lentra bags can be used for children, but it is not preferable to give any nutritional supplements to infants unless under the supervision of a doctor.

Side effects:

Lentra has no side-effects, and is not addictive.
