Properties:

• Cranberries interfere with the ability of bacteria to stick to the lining of the urinary tract, reduces inflammation, modulates gut bacteria, decreases the number of bacteria held in “reservoirs” in the bladder and gastrointestinal tracts that can lead to urinary tract infections.
• Lingonberry is used for urinary tract problems including irritation, kidney stones, and infections. It is also used for increasing urine production (as a diuretic). Other uses include treating gout, arthritis, and infections caused by viruses.
• D-mannose might prevent certain kinds of bacteria from sticking to the walls of the urinary tract and causing infection.
• Berberine is an alkaloid of the protoberberine type used in traditional oriental medicine. Its biological activities include documented antibacterial properties against a wide variety of microorganisms.
• Uva Ursi helps reduce inflammation and fight infection so it is sometimes used to treat urinary tract infections and cystitis.

Indications:

Food supplement used in the treatment of urinary tract infections 

Dosage and administration: 

Adults, as a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets 3 times per day.

For ongoing support take 1 capsule twice daily.

Contraindications:

diabetes, kidney stones, lung or breathing disease, like asthma, stomach or intestine problems, an unusual or allergic reaction to cranberry, other herbs or plants, aspirin, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservative,being pregnant or trying to get pregnant, breast-feeding.

Side effects:

Individual sensitivity to the supplement ingredients, gastric disorders including diarrhea or constipation, vomiting, skin allergic reactions, urine coloring
