Composition:

Properties:

Vitamin D3 participates in the regulation of calcium-phosphorus metabolism, enhances the absorption of calcium and phosphates in the intestine (by increasing the permeability of cellular and mitochondrial membranes of the intestinal epithelium) and their reabsorption in the renal tubules; promotes bone mineralization, the formation of the bone skeleton and teeth in children, enhances the process of ossification, is necessary for the normal functioning of the parathyroid glands.

-Vitamin C as an antioxidant, metabolic and redox-regulating agent increases the adaptive capacity of the body and enhances its resistance to infections.  It takes part in the regulation of redox processes, in the metabolism of carbohydrates, amino acids, pigments and cholesterol, in the synthesis of steroid hormones, catecholamines, in the process of blood clotting.  Enhances collagen synthesis, stimulates regeneration processes, normalizes capillary permeability.  Due to the activation of respiratory enzymes in the liver, it enhances its detoxification and protein-forming functions, increases the synthesis of collagen and prothrombin.  Improves bile secretion, restores the exocrine function of the pancreas.  It inhibits the release and accelerates the degradation of histamine, inhibits the formation of prostaglandins and other mediators of inflammation and anaphylaxis.  It has an anti-inflammatory effect.  Regulates immunological reactions (activates the synthesis of antibodies, the C3 component of complement, interferon), promotes phagocytosis, increases the body’s resistance to infections.
