Properties:

Indications:

Application mode:
Inside, 1 time/day, regardless of food intake. For the treatment of bronchial asthma, the drug should be taken in the evening. In the treatment of allergic rhinitis, it can be taken at any time of the day. Patients with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis should take the drug in the evening. For children under 2 years of age, the dosage is prescribed by the doctor. Children from 2 to 5 years old: with bronchial asthma and/or allergic rhinitis – 1 chewable tablet 4 mg per day. The therapeutic effect develops during the first day. You should continue to take the drug both during the period of achieving control over the symptoms of bronchial asthma, and during periods of exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Do not use this medicine if you need immediate help with a sudden asthma attack. The drug can be added to the treatment of the patient with bronchodilators and inhaled GCS.
Contraindications:
Children under 6 months; hypersensitivity to drug components; pregnancy and lactation.
Precautions:
It is not recommended to prescribe for the treatment of acute attacks of bronchial asthma. Patients should be instructed to always carry emergency medications for asthma attacks (short-acting inhaled beta2-agonists). For elderly patients, patients with renal insufficiency, as well as patients with mild or moderate hepatic dysfunction, and also depending on gender, special dose selection is not required.
