Calcium D3F

Composition:

Each tablet contains:

Calcium carbonate 1000 mg

Vit D3 1000 M.E.

Sodium fluoride 0.25 mg

Properties:

Combined drug that regulates the exchange of calcium and phosphorus in the body. Reduces resorption and increases bone density, replenishing the lack of calcium and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) in the body. Calcium is involved in the regulation of nerve conduction, muscle contractions, hormone production and is a component of the blood coagulation system. Vitamin D3 and sodium fluoride increase the absorption of calcium in the gastrointestinal tract and its binding in the bone tissue. The use of calcium and vitamin D3 prevents an increase in the production of parathyroid hormone (PTH), which is a stimulator of increased bone resorption (leaching of calcium from the bones).

Indications:

As a therapeutic and prophylactic agent for conditions of calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency in the body associated with malnutrition or with an increased need for calcium and vitamin D3, including:
