Composition:

Each 100 grams of gel contains:

Isotretinoin 0.05 g

Erythromycin 2 g

Auxiliary components:

Hypromellose, propylene glycol, ethanol

99.9%.

Properties:

Antimicrobial agent for topical use. Isotretinoin is one of the biologically active forms of vitamin A, it has antiseborrheic, antiinflammatory and keratolytic effects. It has a stimulating effect on the growth of epithelial cells and their differentiation. It inhibits the terminal differentiation of sebocytes and hyperproliferation of the epithelium of the excretory ducts of the sebaceous glands, normalizes the composition of their secretion and facilitates its excretion, reduces the production of sebum and reduces the inflammatory reaction around the sebaceous glands. Acts on comedogenesis, inhibits follicular keratinization, prevents the occurrence of acne caused by

Propionibacterium acne. Erythromycin is an antibiotic from the macrolide group, reversi binds to the 50S ribosome subunit,

Indications:

Mild to moderate acne.

Method of administration and dosage:

Outwardly, for adults and adolescents from 12 years old: the drug is applied in a thin layer on the affected skin area 2 times a day: in the morning (before applying makeup) and in the evening (after washing). The course of treatment is 6—8 weeks.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years of age (efficacy and safety of use have not been established).

Precautions:

Avoid contact of the drug with the mucous membranes of the mouth, nose and eyes, as well as with damaged or ulcerated skin surface. Care should be taken when applying the product to sensitive skin areas such as around the eyes and neck.

Due to the fact that the drug may cause hypersensitivity to sunlight, UV radiation should be avoided.

For 1—2 weeks of treatment, local reactions may occur – paresthesia, burning, irritation, hyperemia and peeling of the skin. They usually disappear with continued administration of the drug. In case of a pronounced reaction, treatment should be interrupted for several days and therapy should be resumed after the symptoms disappear. If side effects persist, treatment should be canceled.

Storage method:

At a temperature not higher than 25 degrees.
