Composition:

Minoxidil — 2%.
Excipients: purified water, propylene glycol, Tween‑80, cetylpyridinium chloride.

Product Description:

Hair Plus Back 2% is a topical solution designed to stimulate hair growth and slow the progression of hereditary hair loss.
It acts directly on hair follicles, prolonging the growth phase and delaying baldness.

Indications for Use:

Androgenic alopecia in women.
Supportive treatment for hereditary hair loss.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

• Apply 1 ml (approximately 4 sprays) to dry scalp twice daily, starting from the center of the affected area.
• Massage gently with fingertips until absorbed. 
• Maximum daily dose — 2 ml. 
• Wash hands thoroughly after application. 
• For external use only.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to minoxidil or excipients.
Age under 18 years.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Precautions:

• Do not apply to damaged, inflamed, or irritated skin.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and nose.
• Use cautiously in patients with cardiovascular, liver, or kidney conditions.
• Discontinue use if severe itching, redness, or swelling occurs.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

Local: itching, redness, rash, dermatitis, irritation.
Systemic: headache, dizziness, nausea, tachycardia.
Temporary hair shedding may occur within the first 2–6 weeks.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Contraindicated.
Minoxidil is excreted in breast milk and may pose risks to the infant.

Storage Conditions:

Store at temperatures not exceeding 30 °C, away from heat sources and open flames.
Flammable.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
