Composition:
Minoxidil 5%, excipients: ethanol, propylene glycol, water.
Description:
Topical scalp lotion designed for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia in men. Stimulates hair regrowth, improves scalp circulation, and prolongs the active growth phase of hair. Results are more likely in younger men, with a shorter history of hair loss and smaller bald areas.

Indications:
Androgenetic alopecia in men aged 18–65 years.
Dosage and administration:
Apply 1 ml of lotion (6 sprays) twice daily to dry scalp areas. Maximum daily dose — 2 ml. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Avoid inhalation during spraying. Treatment course: up to 12 months. If no improvement is seen after 1 year, discontinue use.
Contraindications:
Women.
Age under 18 or over 65 years.
Hypersensitivity to minoxidil, ethanol, or propylene glycol.
Hypertension.
Damaged scalp (burns, psoriasis, wounds).
Precautions:
Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease; consult a physician before use.
Discontinue if rash, swelling, severe itching, or hypotension occurs.
Side effects:
Local: itching, burning, irritation, changes in hair color or structure, increased hair shedding in the first 2–6 weeks.
Systemic: hypotension, tachycardia, edema, headache, dizziness.
Accidental ingestion may cause serious cardiovascular complications.
Drug interactions:
Topical corticosteroids, tretinoin, or dithranol may increase absorption of minoxidil.
Pregnancy and lactation:
Contraindicated. Minoxidil is excreted in breast milk.
