Composition:

Minoxidil — 5%.
Excipients: ethanol, propylene glycol, water.

Product Description:

A scalp lotion intended for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia in men.
It stimulates hair growth, improves scalp blood circulation, and prolongs the active growth phase of hair.
Most effective in younger men with a short history of hair loss and a small affected area.

Indications for Use:

Androgenetic alopecia in men aged 18–65 years.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

• Apply 1 ml of lotion (6 sprays) twice daily to dry scalp.
• Maximum daily dose — 2 ml. 
• Wash hands thoroughly after application. 
• Do not inhale during spraying. 
• Course duration — up to 12 months. 
• If no effect is observed within a year, treatment should be discontinued.

Contraindications:

• Women.
• Age under 18 or over 65 years.
• Hypersensitivity to minoxidil, ethanol, or propylene glycol.
• Arterial hypertension.
• Scalp damage (burns, psoriasis, etc.).

Precautions:

• Do not apply to damaged skin.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• In patients with cardiovascular diseases, use only under medical supervision.
• Discontinue use if rashes, swelling, severe itching, or hypotension occur.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

• Local reactions:
  itching, burning, skin irritation, changes in hair color or structure, increased hair shedding in the first 2–6 weeks.
• Systemic reactions:
  hypotension, tachycardia, edema, headache, dizziness.
• Accidental ingestion may cause serious cardiovascular complications.
• Drug Interactions:
  Topical corticosteroids, tretinoin, and dithranol may increase minoxidil absorption.
• Effect on Driving:
  Does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Contraindicated.
Minoxidil is excreted in breast milk.

Storage Conditions:

Store at temperatures up to 30 °C, away from direct sunlight.
