Composition:

Each capsule contains:

vitex agnus castus extract 20 mg

Properties:

Vitex agnus cactus fruits contain organic acids (formic, acetic, propionic, butyric, valeric, caproic), alkaloids, vitamin C, tannins, coumarins, flavonoids (casticin, quercetagetin, kaempferol), essential oil, which includes cineole, linolene, pinene, sabinene, palmitic acid.

Scientific studies have shown that vitex is effective in menstrual disorders: amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea; it reduces negative symptoms during menopause, in particular premenstrual tension (anxiety, nervousness, insomnia and mood changes).

Dosage and administration:

1 capsule every morning . The course is 1-3 months or as prescribed by your doctor.
