Warnings and precautions:

- Consult your physician prior to use, if you have an iron deficiency.
- Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction:
-Ascorbic acid and chromium increase absorption when taken together;
-Absorption of chromium decreased when taken with iron and zinc;
-Antidiabetic and insulin: Gymnena may increase the action of antidiabetics.
-Beta adrenergic blocker: Green tea used with these agents can lead to increased inotropic effects;
-Anticonvulsants: Increases in anticonvulsants also may be necessary in patients who receive folic acid supplements;
-Folic acid interferes with microbiological assay for serum and erythrocyte folic acid (falsely low result);
-Cholestyramine may reduce the absorption of folic acid;
-Methotrexate: acts as folic acid antagonist (significant risk with high dose and prolonged use);
-Estrogenes (including oral contraceptives): decrease blood levels of folic acid;
-Pyrimethamine: acts as folic acid antagonist;
-Sulfasalazine: decreases the absorption of folic acid;
-Trimethoprim: acts as folic acid antagonist;
-Green tea with anticoagulant antiplatelet: increase risk of bleeding;
-With Benzodiazepines: increase sedation;
-With MAOIs: Green tea with large amounts of MAOls leads to hypertension.
-Antacids: decrease the absorption of chromium;
-Chromium decreases values of blood glucose hypothesis test.
-Sulphonamides supplement with PABA should be avoided while taking the drugs.
- Fertility, pregnancy and lactation:
Avoid using it in pregnancy and lactation.
- Effects on ability to drive and use machines:
There is no effect of the drug on driving or using machines.
- Keep out of reach of children.
