Composition:

Each capsule contains:

-Ascorbic acid 10 mg

-Chitosan powder 50 g

-Psyllium seed ( husk powder) 400 mg

-Karaya gum powder 25 mg

-Apple pectin powder 10 mg

Inactive ingredients:

Titanium dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Gelatine.

Properties:

Fattache is a unique natural formula for weight loss and appetite control in patients with obesity and overweight problems. 

Chitosan binds with fats  in food directly in the digestive tract, prior to their assimilation, which is explained by the content of positively charged amino groups in each link of the chitosan polymer molecule, which attach many fat molecules and remove them from the body.

Psyllium husk powder, used in dietary supplements taken by mouth to treat occasional constipation and maintain regular bowel movements.

Karaya gum is used as a bulk-forming laxative to relieve constipation. 

Apple pectin binds to fats and carbohydrates in your stomach and intestine, decelerating the absorption. Therefore, it can stabilize your blood sugar level and prevent spiking after your meals.

Indications:

For weight reduction in obese and overweight patients during following the weight loss programs.

Dosage and administration:

Take 2 capsules 15 minutes before each meal, preferably with 250 ml of water or as prescribed by your physician.

Side effects:

Long term course may cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, increase bitterness and reduce reception of sweet taste, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, fishy odor

Warnings and precautions:

• Care should be taken with patients of thyroid hyperfunction, elevated susceptibility to spasm or certain psychotic disorders.
• If you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice) consult your doctor before use.
• Consult your physician prior to use, if you have an iron deficiency.
• Fertility, pregnancy and lactation:

Avoid using it in pregnancy and lactation.

• Effects on ability to drive and use machines:

There is no effect of the drug on driving or using machines.
