Each film-coated tablet contains Dapoxetine hydrochloride 60 mg.
Product Description:
Joypox is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) developed specifically for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men.
It increases serotonin activity in the central nervous system, prolonging time to ejaculation and improving control.
Indications for Use:
It is indicated for the treatment of premature ejaculation in adult men aged 18–64 years.
Method of Administration and Dosage:
Administered orally with water.
Recommended dose is 30 mg taken 1–3 hours before sexual activity; may be increased to 60 mg if necessary.
Tablets should not be taken more than once in 24 hours.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to dapoxetine,
Severe hepatic impairment,
History of syncope,
Significant cardiac disease,
Concomitant use of MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, or thioridazine.
Precautions:
Use with caution in patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment, psychiatric disorders, or those taking medications affecting CYP3A4 metabolism.
Avoid alcohol due to increased risk of syncope.
Adverse Reactions (Side Effects):
Common side effects include nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and insomnia.
Serious risks include syncope, serotonin syndrome, and seizures.

Indications for Use:
