Dolphin K is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with pronounced analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. Due to the form of potassium salt, it acts faster than diclofenac sodium, especially in acute pain.

• Diclofenac potassium (Diclofenac Potassium) 50 mg
Pharmacological properties:
• Suppresses the activity of the cyclooxygenase enzyme (COX-1 and COX-2), disrupting the synthesis of prostaglandins - substances that cause inflammation, pain and swelling.
• Provides rapid pain relief in inflammatory and traumatic conditions.
• Reduces body temperature during fever.
• Reduces morning stiffness and joint swelling in chronic diseases.
Indications for use:
• Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis
• Back pain, lower back pain, muscle pain
• Gout (acute attack)
• Toothache, headache
• Pain from injuries, sprains
• Dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain)
• Inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs
Method of use (for adults):
• 50 mg 2-3 times a day
• Maximum daily dose - 150 mg
• Take tablets after meals with water
