Composition:
Each hard gelatin capsule contains: Solidago dry extract Powder 425 mg
Indications:
Herbal Medicine used As Diuretic to increase the amount of urine - as adjuvant in treatment of minor urinary complaints.
Posology and method of administration:
Adults and adolescents: One capsule 3 times daily.
The use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended
Duration of use:
The herbal substance is traditionally used over a period of 2 up to 4 weeks.
If the symptoms persist during the use of the medicinal product, a doctor or a pharmacist should be consult
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to plants of the Asteracee (Compositae) family or any of the excipients.
- Conditions where a reduced fluid intake is recommended, e.g. severe cardiac or renal diseases.
Precautions for use:
- The use is not recommended in children under the 12 years of age because of the lack of available experi-ence.
- If complaints of symptoms such as fever, dysuria, spasms or blood in the urine occur during the use of the medicinal product, a doctor or a pharmacist should be consulted.
- Since this medicinal product contains lactose, patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intoler-ance, lactase deficiency or glucosegalactose malabsorption should not take this medicine.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction:
- Concomitant treatment with synthetic diuretics is not recommended
Pregnancy and lactation:
- In the absence of sufficient data, the use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.
Side Effects:
- Hypersensitivity reactions or gastrointestinal disorders may occur.
The frequency is not known.
- If other adverse reactions not mentioned above occur, a doctor or a pharmacist should be consulted.
Storage conditions:
Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C in a dry place.
