Cetal extra 20 caps

Cetal Extra is a combined analgesic with enhanced action.

It is used to relieve pain of various origins and reduce temperature. The combination of paracetamol and caffeine enhances the analgesic effect.

Composition (per 1 tablet):

• Paracetamol (Paracetamol) - 500 mg
• Anhydrous caffeine (Caffeine anhydrous) - 65 mg

Pharmacological properties:

Paracetamol is a non-narcotic analgesic and antipyretic. It has an analgesic and antipyretic effect, inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system.
Caffeine is a CNS stimulant that enhances the analgesic effect of paracetamol, improves well-being and relieves fatigue. It also promotes vasoconstriction in headaches of vascular genesis.

Indications for use:

• Headache (including migraine)
• Toothache
• Menstrual pain
• Muscle and joint pain
• Fever due to colds and viral diseases

Method of administration and dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years old:
• 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed
• Maximum dose: up to 8 tablets per day
• Duration of use without consulting a doctor - no more than 3 days (for fever) or 5 days (for pain)
The tablets should be washed down with a sufficient amount of water.
