Composition:
Domiphen bromide 0.5 mg
Lactose monohydrate, mannitol, menthol, peppermint powder, povidone K30, aerosil 200, sorbitol powder, magnesium stearate
Properties:
Domiphene bromide is a cationic surfactant and has the property of solubilizing fat and denaturing proteins. Therefore, it is thought that it exhibits a bacterial action by rapidly destroying the outer cell wall membrane and cytoplasmic membrane of bacteria.
-It alleviates difficulty in swallowing
-Relieves soreness of the throat
-Useful in treating infectious oral diseases in combination with antibiotics , and relieving pain and inflammation
Indications:
-Prevention of oral wound infections including sore throat, tonsillitis, aphthous ulcer and tooth extraction wounds.
Directions for use:
Bradozen is usually administered 3 to 6 times a day.
Dissolve gradually according to the patient’s symptoms.
Side effects:
Hypersensitivity symptoms, stomach ache, diarrhea, nausea, numbness of the tongue.
Warnings and precautions:
- Do not use it in infants as it may be accidentally swallowed.
This drug is used while gradually dissolving it in the oral cavity with saliva. Therefore, keep Bradozen in the mouth as long as possible without chewing or swallowing. So that an active ingredient can be retained in the oral cavity for a long time.
Patients with the rare hereditary of galactose intolerance, the Lapp Lucas deficiency or glucose- galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine.
