Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 10 mg, Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate (Vitamin B2) 5.47 mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 40 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 4 mg, Dexpanthenol (Provitamin B5) 6 mg.
Excipients:
Phenol, Concentrated Hydrochloric Acid, Water for Injections.
Description:
A combined preparation of B-complex vitamins.
Used for the parenteral (bypassing the gastrointestinal tract) correction of deficiencies of these vitamins.
B vitamins play a key role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, nervous system function, hematopoiesis, and tissue regeneration.
Indications for Use:
Prevention of B-vitamin deficiency in patients receiving exclusive parenteral (intravenous) nutrition.
Dosage and Administration:
- Routes of administration: Deep intramuscular, slow intravenous injection, or as part of an intravenous infusion.
- Dosage: 1-2 ampoules (2-4 ml) daily.
- The duration of treatment and dosing regimen are determined individually by the physician based on the clinical situation.
- The drug is administered by healthcare professionals.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
Concurrent use with Levodopa (reduces the anti-Parkinsonian effect of levodopa).
Precautions:
- Allergic reactions: The risk of allergic reactions is increased with repeated injections. Oral administration of vitamins should be preferred if possible.
- Renal impairment: Use with caution in patients with impaired renal function.
- Diagnostics: The drug may interfere with the results of certain laboratory tests (e.g., determination of urobilinogen using Ehrlich's reagent).
- Interactions: Incompatible with levodopa. Inform your doctor about all other medicines being taken.
- Overdose: Unlikely at recommended doses. Symptoms may include confusion, gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation).
Side Effects:

- Gastrointestinal disorders: Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea.
- Other: Bright yellow discoloration of urine (due to riboflavin), which does not require discontinuation of the drug.

Under normal conditions of use, the drug may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding if indicated.
