Properties:

Tritospot cream is a combination of four effective ingredients to reduce skin hyperpigmentation.

Hydroquinone is a depigmenting agent for skin conditions such as chloasma, melasma and freckles.

Eusolex is a sunscreen that reduces the chances of skin repigmentation.

Tretinoin stimulates the epithelium, creating a less cohesive stratum corneum that peels off more easily.

Hydrocortisone helps improve results and at the same time reduces inflammation that may occur.

Indications:

For gradual whitening of hyperpigmentation in skin diseases such as:

-Chloasma

-Melasma

-Freckles

-Age-related lentigo

-Other unwanted areas of hyperpigmentation

Directions for use:

Adults and over 12 years old:

Apply the cream in a small amount once a day to skin with pigmentation (apply to no more than 10% of the total skin surface). The course of treatment is 7 weeks. Sometimes the course of treatment can be extended to 3 months.

Side effects:

Skin lesions in the form of erythema, irritation, itching, peeling and burns may occur especially in the early stages of treatment.

Contraindications:

Acquired non-melanin pigmentation, vitiligo and suspected melanoma, intolerance to tretinoin or any other component of the drug.

Acute inflammation and eczema of the skin.

Children up to 12 years old.

Skin infections, reactions to vaccinations, skin ulcers, acne, rosacea, and perioral dermatitis are contraindications for topical corticosteroid use.

Since the amount of hydroquinone adsorbed has not been assessed, Tritospot cream should not be applied to large surfaces or in patients with kidney disease.

Warnings and precautions:

  • Do not apply to mucous membranes.
  • A sensitivity test should be carried out by applying a small amount to a continuous spot on the skin and testing within 24 hours.
  • Slight redness is not a contraindication, but if itching, blistering or an excessive inflammatory reaction occurs, further treatment is not recommended.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
