Tritospot

Compound:

Each 100 grams of cream contains:

Hydroquinone 3 g

Tretinoin 0.02 g

Hydrocortisone acetate 1 g

Eusolex 4 g

Properties:

Tritospot cream is a combination of four effective ingredients to reduce skin hyperpigmentation. Hydroquinone is a depigmenting agent for skin conditions such as chloasma, melasma, and freckles. The presence of Euzolex as a sunscreen reduces the chances of skin repigmentation. Tretinoin stimulates the epithelium, creating a less cohesive stratum corneum that flakes off more easily. Hydrocortisone helps improve outcomes while at the same time reducing inflammation that can occur.

Indications:

For the gradual whitening of hyperpigmentation in skin diseases such as:

-Chloasma

– Melasma

-Freckles

-senile lentigo

-Other unwanted areas of hyperpigmentation.

Dosage and administration:

Adults and over 12 years old:

Apply the cream in a small amount once a day on the skin with pigmentation (apply no more than 10% of the total skin surface).

The course of treatment is 7 weeks.

Sometimes the course of treatment can be extended up to 3 months.

Contraindications:

Acquired non-melanin pigmentation, vitiligo and suspected melanoma, intolerance to tretinoin or any other component of the drug. Acute inflammation and eczema of the skin. Children up to 12 years old. Skin infections, reactions to vaccination, skin ulcers, acne, rosacea, and perioral dermatitis are contraindications for topical corticosteroids. Since the amount of absorbed hydroquinone is not estimated, Tritospot cream should not be applied to large surfaces or in case of kidney disease.

Precautionary measures:

Do not apply to mucous membranes.

A sensitivity test should be carried out by applying a small amount to a continuous spot on the skin and testing within 24 hours.

Slight redness is not a contraindication, but if itching, blistering, or excessive inflammatory response occurs, further treatment is not recommended.

Side effects:

Skin lesions in the form of erythema, irritation, itching, scaling and burns may occur especially in the early stages of treatment.

Storage method:
