Skinatra Ointment 15 g

Composition:

Active ingredients (per 1 g of ointment):

• Collagenase clostridiopeptidase A — 0.6 units
• Chloramphenicol — 10 mg.

Skinatra — ointment for enzymatic wound and burn cleansing with antibacterial action
Skinatra is used for cleansing wounds and burns, promotes healing, and prevents infection. It combines an enzymatic component and a topical antibiotic.

Pharmacological properties:

• Collagenase clostridiopeptidase A — an enzyme that breaks down necrotic tissues, cleanses the wound, and promotes tissue regeneration
• Chloramphenicol — a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against most bacterial skin infections, prevents suppuration
Together, the components provide:
Enzymatic wound cleansing
Prevention and treatment of local infections
Improvement and acceleration of healing processes.

Indications for use:

• Thermal and chemical burns
• Chronic and acute ulcers (including diabetic ulcers)
• Necrotic and infected wounds
• Pressure ulcers (bedsores)
• Postoperative wounds with signs of necrosis or purulent coating.

Dosage and administration:

• Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1–2 times a day
• If necessary, cover with a sterile dressing
• Before reapplying, remove residual old layer by gentle washing.
