Auxiliary components:

aluminum hydroxide, BZI 108, cetyl alcohol, dihydag O resin, glycerol monostearate, lavender oil, liquid paraffin, propylene glycol, purified water, simethicone, sodium metabisulfite, sodium hydroxide, sorbitol, titanium dioxide, tween 40, tween 60.

Properties:

Combined drug with antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory action for external use.

Triamcinolone acetonide – GCS, has anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects.

Gramicidin is an antibiotic for external use, it is active against Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., and some anaerobic bacteria.

Neomycin sulfate is an antibiotic of the broad-spectrum aminoglycoside group, active against gram-positive microorganisms: Staphylococcus spp., Enterococcus spp., Gram-negative microorganisms: Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., Escherichia coli. Nystatin is an antifungal antibiotic of the polyene group. By binding to sterols in the cell membrane of fungi, it disrupts its permeability, which leads to the release of the main components of the cell. Active against Candida albicans.

Indications:

Superficial dermatoses sensitive to corticosteroid treatment, as well as secondarily infected with bacteria or fungi, including:

atopic dermatitis;

seborrheic dermatitis;

allergic contact dermatitis.

Dosage and administration:

Adults:

The cream is rubbed into the affected areas of the skin 2-3 times / day. It is possible to use a cream under an occlusive dressing. The duration of the course of therapy should not exceed 14 days.

Contraindications:

– skin lesions of viral or parasitic etiology;

-burns, ulcerations, wound surface;

– perioral dermatitis, ichthyosis, acne, rosacea, skin atrophy, fragility of skin vessels;

-pregnancy;

– Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Precautionary measures:

The drug should not be applied to the skin of the face in the eye area.

With prolonged therapy, in case of violation of the integrity of the skin, the theoretical risk of developing the ototoxic and nephrotoxic effects of neomycin should be taken into account.

Consideration should be given to the possibility of developing an ototoxic effect of neomycin in predisposed patients (having a history of indications of damage to the IX pair of craniocerebral insufficiency against the background of the use of aminoglycosides).

With the development of superinfection (including fungal infection), the drug should be immediately discontinued and the therapy should be reviewed.

Use in pediatrics: When using the drug in children on large surfaces of the skin or under occlusive dressings, it is necessary to keep in mind the possibility of suppressing adrenal function.
