Burnasores is successfully used in the treatment following wounds:

  • First degree burns to relieve pain and restore skin. As well as sunburn.
  • Second degree burns, superficial and deep. 3- Third degree burns to isolate the wound, relieve pain and accelerate non-surgical debridement of necrotic tissue, prepare the wound for recovery.

4- Chronic wounds, including ulcerative lesions, bedsores, diabetic foot and ulcers on the legs.

Composition:

Burnasores is of plant origin. Contains Betasitosterol 0.25% as the main active ingredient.

It also contains sesame oil and beeswax. Burnasores includes 18 amino acids, 4 essential fatty acids, vitamins and polysaccharides in its formula.

Properties:

  • Provides optimal physiological condition of the skin, necessary for regeneration and restoration.

-Causes anti-inflammatory effect, thereby reducing swelling.

-Creates an unfavorable environment for bacterial and fungal colonization.

-Protects exposed and damaged nerve endings, thereby producing an analgesic effect. -Improves local cell nutrition.

-Thins out necrotic tissue.

  • Isolates and protects the layers of the wound from environmental influences, but at the same time maintaining the necessary conditions for air exchange of the lesion site.

-Reduces the loss of body fluids from damaged skin (burns).

  • Absorbs residual heat from acute burn wounds.

-Speeds up epithelization and restoration of the skin

Indications:

Burnasores has been successfully used to treat:

  • Second degree burns, superficial and deep. 3- Third degree burns to isolate the wound, reduce pain and speed up non-surgical debridement of necrotic tissue, prepare the wound for recovery.

4- Chronic wounds, including ulcers, pressure sores, diabetic foot and leg ulcers.

5-Re-laser skin treatment, chemical peeling and dermabrasion.

6-Surgical wounds, including obstetric wounds.

7-Wound after circumcision.

8-Mucous wounds such as peptic ulcer.

9-Cracked heels and cracked nipples.

Mode of application:

  1. Burns
  2. First degree burns (superficial burns) Burnasores should be applied as soon as possible. A thin layer (about 1 mm thick)

should cover the burned area. Better to keep the wound open. But if necessary, you can apply a light bandage, which must be changed twice a day. Apply 2-3 times a day

  1. second degree burns

The first stage of treatment, liquefaction of necrotic tissue:

A thin layer of Burnasores should cover the affected area and reapply 3 to 4 times a day. Before re-application, the liquefied necrotic tissue and the remnants of the cream previously applied must be carefully removed. Better to keep the wound open. But if necessary, you can use a light bandage (about 3 mm thick), which must be changed twice a day.

Second stage of treatment:

Burnasores should be used less frequently (23 times a day).

The third stage of the rehabilitation period:

Burnasores should be used as before, but only once a day.

  1. c) third degree burns

Burnasores should be used as indicated above to liquefy necrotic tissue. A thin layer should cover the damaged area, apply 3-4 times a day.

  1. Donor transplant:

A thin layer of Burnasores should be applied to the donor site 3-4 times a day.

  1. Leg ulcers

Sterile gauze should be soaked with

Burnasores and the ulcer cavity should be filled twice a day.

  1. Surgical and obstetric wounds

Burnasores should be applied to the wound in

a relatively thick layer (about 3 mm) under a sterile dressing, twice a day.

  1. Cracked nipples

A thin layer of Burnasores should be applied to the nipple under a light pad, repeated 3-4 times a day. Burnasores is safe for babies and breastfeeding can continue.

Side effects:

Burnasores is of plant origin. No side effects other than rare allergic reactions to sesame oil.

Precautions:

Burnasores ointment can change its appearance during storage, especially in the hot season, but this does not lose its effectiveness.

Packaging:

The cardboard box contains an aluminum tube containing 15 g of topical ointment, paper instructions.

Storage conditions:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 0 c.
