Composition (per 1 g of cream):
- Mometasone furoate - 1 mg
- Miconazole nitrate - 20 mg
- Gentamicin (as gentamicin sulphate) - 1 mg.

Sodium metabisulphite, Cetostearyl alcohol, Emulsifying wax, Medium chain triglyceride, Macrogol 6 cetostearyl ether, Macrogol 25 cetostearyl ether, Glyceryl monostearate, Hard fat, Propylene glycol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium hydroxide, Purified water.
Description:
Borgasone Trio is a combined topical cream containing a corticosteroid (mometasone furoate), an antifungal agent (miconazole nitrate), and a broad-spectrum antibiotic (gentamicin).
It exhibits potent anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, antibacterial, and antifungal effects.
Indications for Use:
Indicated for mixed fungal and bacterial infections of the skin, including:
- Atopic, contact, seborrheic, follicular, infantile, and nummular eczema;
- Otitis externa, anogenital pruritus (pruritus ani/vulvae), neurodermatitis, and psoriasis;
- Infected burns, insect bites, lacerations, abrasions, paronychia, post-traumatic eczema, and mycotic skin or nail infections.
Dosage and Method of Administration:
For cutaneous use only:
Adults, elderly, and children:
Apply a thin layer of Borgasone Trio cream to the affected area once or twice daily.
The treated area may be covered with sterile gauze if needed.

In children and on facial skin, treatment should not exceed 5 days.
Avoid use under occlusion or on large body surfaces.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.
- Acne, rosacea, perioral dermatitis.
- Viral, parasitic, and tuberculous skin infections (e.g., herpes simplex, varicella, syphilis).
- Post-vaccine skin reactions, skin atrophy, diaper eruptions.
- Open wounds or ulcerated skin.
- Use in children under 2 years of age.
Precautions:
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
- Do not use for prolonged periods or on extensive areas.
- Systemic absorption of topical corticosteroids may cause reversible HPA axis suppression and Cushing’s syndrome.
- Pediatric patients are more susceptible to systemic effects.
- Avoid occlusive dressings, especially on the face and flexural areas.
- Gradual withdrawal is recommended to prevent rebound dermatitis.
- Use with caution in psoriasis due to possible rebound or pustular flare.
- Discontinue if irritation or hypersensitivity occurs.
Side Effects:
Common:
Skin irritation, burning, itching, redness, rash, dryness.

Possible:
Hypopigmentation, hypertrichosis, striae, atrophy, acneiform eruptions, urticaria, angioedema, photosensitivity, visual disturbance.

Systemic effects (rare):
Adrenal suppression, hyperglycemia, hypertension, osteoporosis with long-term or extensive use.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: 
Use during pregnancy only if potential benefit justifies potential risk to the fetus.

Caution is advised during lactation; discontinue breastfeeding if long-term or high-dose therapy is required.
Storage Conditions:
Store below 30°C in a dry place, in the original package, protected from light and moisture.
Keep out of reach of children.
