Colmediten Colchicine 0.5 mg 100 tablets
Each tablet contains: colchicine – 0.5 mg. Excipients: lactose, povidone, starch, magnesium stearate, talc, microcrystalline cellulose.
Colmediten Colchicine is an anti-inflammatory medication of plant origin, mainly used for the treatment and prevention of gout. It reduces inflammation and joint swelling, relieves pain, and helps prevent recurrent attacks.
Reduces inflammation and swelling in joints.
Decreases intensity and frequency of gout attacks.
Relieves pain and discomfort.
Prevents uric acid crystal deposits.
Suitable for long-term therapy under medical supervision.
Acute gout attacks.
Prevention of recurrent gout episodes.
Familial Mediterranean fever (as prescribed).
Adults during acute gout attack:
Initial dose – 1 tablet (0.5 mg) every 1–2 hours until symptom relief or a maximum daily dose of 6 mg.
For prevention: 1 tablet 1–2 times daily.
Treatment duration and dosage adjustments should be determined by a physician.
