Composition:
100 g of gel contains:
Diclofenac diethylamine – 1.16 g (which corresponds to the content of sodium diclofenac – 1 g).
Auxiliary components: carbomers, cetomacrogol 1000, cocoil caprilocaprate, isopropyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, fragrance, propylene glycol, water.
Properties:
Voltaren Emulgel is a non-steroidal antirheumatic drug with pronounced analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties. Thanks to its water-alcohol base, it has a cooling and soothing effect.
Indications:
for local treatment: post-traumatic inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints, for example, due to sprains, deformities and bruises. Localized forms of non-articular soft tissue rheumatism (bursit shoulder joint syndrome). Localized forms of degenerative rheumatism, for example, osteoarthritis of the peripheral joints and spine.
Contraindications:
Children under 12 years old; hypersensitivity to diclofenac or gel base, aspirin, or other NSAlDs; 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions:
Avoid getting the gel on wounds and open injuries, eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use under an occlusive, airtight dressing, do not swallow. Monitor liver function indicators; with prolonged treatment, hepatotoxicity may occur. Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal diseases (especially elderly patients).
Mode of application:

The duration of treatment depends on the indications and the observed effect. The gel should not be used for more than 14 days in case of post-traumatic inflammation and rheumatic diseases of soft tissues without a doctor’s recommendation. If after 7 days of use, the therapeutic effect is not observed or the condition worsens, the patient should consult a doctor.
Side effects:
Well tolerated. Itching, skin redness, or skin rash may occur on the treated area.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C, out of reach of children.
