Each 100 grams of cream contains:
Hirudin recombinant 280 IU
Properties:
1-Active ingredient Hirudin (recombinant) is a direct thrombin inhibitor that acts as an anticoagulant and is indicated for the prevention and treatment of hematomas.
2-Hirudin binds thrombin in a 1:1 ratio, blocking the coagulation cascade and preventing the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin.
Indications:
Bruises, deformities, muscle ruptures, traumatic hematomas, edema, erythema, varicose veins, periphlebitis and rectal periphlebitis with hemorrhoids.
Dosage and administration:
Apply 2-3 cm of the gel in a thin layer 2-3 times a day. The drug is used rectally 2-3 times a day.
Contraindications:
Individual intolerance to the components of the drug.
Side effects:
Not described in the literature or in clinical practice. The use, especially for a long time, of topical preparations can cause sensitization phenomena.
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees.
