Composition:

Per 100 g cream:
Recombinant Hirudin — 280 I.U.
Excipients: standard cream base (emulsifiers, stabilizers, purified water).

Product Description:

Extrauma DNA is an anti‑inflammatory and anti‑traumatic topical preparation.
The cream contains recombinant hirudin, which has anticoagulant and anti‑edematous properties.
It is used to reduce inflammation, pain, and swelling in soft tissue injuries.

Indications for Use:

• Bruises and soft tissue injuries.
• Inflammatory processes following trauma.
• Edema and hematomas.
• Supportive therapy for muscle and ligament injuries.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin area.
Spread gently over the surface.
Use 2–3 times daily or as directed by a physician.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to hirudin or cream components.
Blood coagulation disorders.
Open wounds or ulcerative skin lesions.

Precautions:

For external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
For prolonged use, monitoring of skin condition is recommended.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

Possible local allergic reactions (redness, itching, burning).
Rarely, increased bleeding tendency if skin is damaged.
