Composition:

3 tablets contain:

• Glucosamine sulfate 1500 mg;
• Chondroitin sulfate 1200 mg;
• MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 1000 mg;
• Boswellia serrata 100 mg;
• Turmeric root 100 mg;
• Hyaluronic acid 25 mg.
• Croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol (PEG 6000), colloidal silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, talc. 

Product description: 

A dietary supplement designed to support joint and ligament health.
Combines glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM with herbal extracts and hyaluronic acid to strengthen cartilage, reduce inflammation, and improve joint mobility. 

Indications for use:

Prevention and comprehensive support in arthrosis, osteoarthritis, inflammatory joint diseases, stiffness, and joint pain.

Method of administration and dosage:

• Adults: 1–2 tablets daily with meals.
• Course duration: 4 to 8 weeks, repeat if necessary. 
• Course recommendations:
  Treatment course: 3 to 6 months.
  Repeat courses: 1–2 times per year, depending on joint condition and physician’s advice.
  Effect usually appears after 1–2 months of regular intake.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance to components.
Allergy to fish-derived products.
Caution in diabetes.

Precautions:

• Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to glucosamine, chondroitin, boswellia, turmeric, or excipients.
• Not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
• Glucosamine may affect blood sugar levels; caution and monitoring are required.
• Turmeric and boswellia may irritate the gastrointestinal mucosa, especially in ulcer or gastritis; turmeric may stimulate bile secretion, which is risky in gallstone disease.

Rarely: allergic reactions, dyspepsia, nausea, abdominal pain.
