Composition:

Potassium glucosamine chloride — 500 mg.
Ginkgo biloba extract — 50 mg (per capsule).

Product Description:

Dorofen is a combined chondroprotective product that supplies the body with glucosamine, an essential building block for cartilage and for maintaining synovial fluid in the joints.
This helps slow the progression of osteoarthritis and restore the physiological balance of cartilage.
Ginkgo biloba extract improves microcirculation and facilitates painless walking, especially in elderly patients suffering from poor blood flow in the calf muscles.

Indications for Use:

• Osteoarthritis of the knees, hips, shoulders, and other joints.
• Degenerative joint diseases.
• Circulatory disorders in the leg muscles.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

• Typically, one capsule is taken after meals 3–4 times daily until improvement is achieved (usually within 2–4 weeks, depending on the severity of joint damage).
• After stabilization, the dose may be reduced to 1–2 capsules daily for maintenance.
• Course recommendations:
  Treatment course: 3 to 6 months.
  Repeat courses: 1–2 times per year, depending on joint condition and physician’s advice.
  The therapeutic effect usually develops gradually and appears no earlier than 1–2 months of regular intake.
